This one of a kind ornament was carved from Silver Maple wood harvested from my home in Athens Georgia. The limbs of the tree needed pruning so I decided to see how the wood behaved when turned on the lathe. Its beautiful white color was a nice surprise. The ornament is 5.5” long and 1.25” wide
